Lordship means that God is the highest legal authority in your life. God gives commands, you obey, and punishment ensues for disobedience.
One such commandment is to keep the sabbath, which today means fasting at least one day per week. The Ten Commandments are written in order of importance, and keeping the sabbath is mentioned before You shall not murder.
For those, who think this is too much to ask, you can go to hell, where everyone can be whatever they want to be and do whatever they want to do. Or do to you.
God is in the process of executing His enemies. Now the process is mostly in executing fallen spiritual beings. After that, is the turn for mankind to get justice.
