Barack Obama was the President of the United States from 2009 to 2017.

Birth Certificate

Barack Obama's birth certificate was a controversial political subject after his election. He presented a document publicly on white house website.

Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio gave a public press briefing in December 2016 concerning investigation to the publicized certificate. He gave it to two different crime labs in order to investigate, whether is was a fraud. Both of them concluded that Barack Obama's birth certificate was a fraud.

Since Obama gave a fraudulent birth certificate, he does not have an original one.

Therefore, Obama was not born in the United States.

Additionally, since Barack Obama presented in public a fraudulent document, which is a crime, he can and should be prosecuted for that crime.

Additionally, under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, he does not fit into any category that would give him citizenship at birth. Barack Obama had a Kenyan father and an American mother.

The closest is section 301 a-7, where a person born to a US citizen outside the US and it's posessions must have a parent, who is a citizen, and has resided in the US for at least 10 years, of which 5 must be after the attaining the age of 14 years.

Since Barack Obama's mother was still 18 years old, even this does not apply.

Therefore, Barack Obama did not attain citizenship at birth.

Therefore, Barack Obama was not qualified, constitutionally, to become POTUS.

Therefore, Barack Obama did not have the legal authority to sign anything as president, and all of the laws and executive orders written by him are legally void.
